Needing a home built on property I own to house my disabled daughter. We are both on fixed incomes that just pay the bills. House is falling down and beyond repair. Unable to secure a loan.

Daughter moved into the tiny home I'd built from a 12x24 shed after leaving an abusive marriage. Planned on working together to build a real home. But things didn't go as planned. Covid happened. Daughter has been diagnosed with migraines, diabetes, autoimmune disease, alpha-gal and arthritis since her bout with the virus. After a three year battle, she is on disability. I've had to have surgeries to replace major joints that developed bone spurs due to my arthritis.
