This is a call for help and support.

Some of you know I run a program called Nourish the Neighborhood and our goal is to nourish our community on every level. That means showing up and supporting families in crisis as well.

2 days ago a mother reached out to me whose daughter had been s”””ally assaulted on a very high level. She is 8 they have been admitted to the hospital and they aren’t sure when they will be released.

This baby had to have emergency surgery for 4.5 hrs because of this attack.

We will be going to their home and emptying this child’s bedroom painting and completly redecorating it before they are released from children’s. All doable because of our communities support and donated items.

I’m asking our community to come together and help this momma pay her bills so she can take the necessary time off to support her baby and get her the services she needs. This is a parents worst nightmare, not only are we asking for monetary donations but prayers.
