I've raised both of my kids physically and financially on my own since they were very young. We've definately had our ups and downs. I'm commission based and when my older one became ill with Type 1D, I took off work to be with her- we made it through). During covid- business was dead- we made it through:). Now we're in 2026 and I can't for the life of me see my way out of our situaution. I thought I had some things coming through and I would be fine with the pending commissions, then one day, everything cancelled. I've been on the phones, calling and running numbers trying to salvage any business I can, but, its not working. I'm very anxious, not sleeping at night and admittedly, I'm scared.

I don't know if there's anyone out there that would have the ability to help, along with the desire to help..but we could certainly use it.

My son was just accepted into University and supposed to start this falland I can't even come up with the deposit.

Our health insurance is nearly $10000/mo (yes with covered CA). If you say you make less than a certain amount, they put you on Medical, which can be deadly care for Type 1 diabetics like my daughter. I tried taking myself off of insurance but that was a disaster. I spent hours trying to explain and at the end of it, had to take back my coverage.

I need money to move- rent a truck, hire some help,packing materials. My kids found a one bedroom with a loft that we could fit in. I need money for moving costs and a few of months of rent+ security. The rent is $2985.

I need help with Health and Auto insurance premiums. If anyone can help me get back on my feet while still feeding my family, (I need 4-6 months realistically) I will be forever grateful!
