This is incredibly hard for me to write. If you know me, you know I pride myself on working hard, and taking care of my children. I love them more than anything and would move mountains for them; I have never been someone who likes asking for help, and my pride has taken a back seat to the reality of the situation I find myself in.

​Recently, our lives were turned upside down, and I am facing an urgent, unexpected legal battle to protect my household and ensure a safe, stable future for my children.

​I work full-time, but my income is completely maxed out just keeping our normal household bills paid and managing the extensive daily needs of my family. With three of my younger children being diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, our routine and resources are already stretched to their absolute limits. I am in that frustrating middle ground where I work too hard to qualify for emergency state assistance programs, but simply do not make enough to absorb a sudden, massive domestic legal crisis on my own.

​My goal is to raise $8,500 to cover the necessary legal retainer and ongoing attorney fees. Retaining dedicated, professional legal representation is the only way I can properly navigate this situation and secure the most stable future my children need.
