I'm Jacob Birdseye, and I live in Chico, CA.  My grandma and grandpa and great grandma (1 house), aunts and uncles (2 seperate houses), and my other uncle lost his apartment in the Camp fire in Paradise, CA.  My family has lived in Paradise for as long as I've been alive, and the fire yesterday completely demolished all three houses within a matter of hours.  They are all now staying at my home in Chico, shocked by what has happened and not sure what to do next.

My grandparents Diane and Kieran O'Leary were told yesterday that their two story home was destroyed.  I grew up in this home as well and I prayed for nothing more than for my families homes to be safe.  My Uncle Steve is an artist, and he had no time to pack anything, so all of his years of artwork was destroyed.

I am running this campaign to help my family get back on their feet again and be able to afford a place to rent out until they can move into a new home.  The money will also help my family buy new furniture and clothing. Anything that was destroyed really.

As of now, all their money, belongings, and memories are gone.  If you have any interest in helping my family it would mean the world to them and myself.  I am going to split up the funding equally between my family members.
