Hi, my name is Jada Rae, and I’m reaching out during an incredibly tough time for my family. I’m currently on an unpaid medical leave from work, which began shortly after I had already used up my paid time off earlier this year. Because of this timing, I haven’t received a paycheck since April, and we’ve quickly fallen behind on essential bills.

I’m a mom to three wonderful boys — ages 11, 6, and 3 — and I’m doing everything I can to hold things together while focusing on my health and stability so I can return to work.

Right now, I’m facing urgent needs, including:

Rent (including the current and next month due to an eviction notice)

(1,135 rent + 55.75 late fee + 266 court fees = 1,456.75 + 1,135 June rent + 55.75 late fee = $2,647.75)

Utilities (70 water/sewer + 150 power = 220)

Car note - 440.74

Daycare tuition - 330 (110/week)

Groceries and gas - 300 groceries + 100 gas (kids to school/daycare)

I’m asking for help raising a minimum of $5,000 to get caught up and avoid losing our home. A stretch goal of $7,000 would cover our basic needs until I can safely return to work without falling behind again.
