To continue the legacy of Felicia and Riley, there will be a scholarship presented to a student at Sam Houston State University in the Department of Special Education. This scholarship seeks to honor the dedication, unconditional love, and hard work that Felicia devoted to Riley. Felicia embraced every opportunity to give Riley all that she could give, never thinking of herself first. With your help we will raise $1,200 scholarship to support a deserving college student.
