To continue the legacy of Felicia and Riley, scholarships will be presented to students at Sam Houston State University in the Department of Special Education.
These scholarships honor the dedication, unconditional love, and hard work that Felicia devoted to Riley. Felicia embraced every opportunity to give Riley all that she could, always putting Riley’s needs before her own.
We are proud to share that, through the generosity of supporters, we have already awarded two scholarships in honor of Felicia and Riley’s legacy.
