A couple of weeks ago my dad suffered a stroke. Just 3 short months after we said goodbye to my mom. She chose to come home and pass surrounded by family and friends. My dad made sure that any grandkids that needed help getting out here, made it by the day we brought her home on hospice. We were blessed with 2 short days before she was gone. My dad has brought immeasurable wealth to our family in the form of love, care, support, guidance, advice, reliability, acceptance, forgiveness and wisdom. What I'm asking through this fundraiser is help to bring Papa Drake's ducklings home so they can make a couple more memories before time runs out. Any money remaining after transportation has been taken care of will go towards any medical or household bills that my dad would normally take care of. My brother and I appreciate any help that we are blessed with.
