On aug.29 halo was viciously attacked by a unleashed pitbull, I have taken her to the vet and got her as much medical treatment that I had money for , but unfortunately I didn't have enough for the vet to take care of her leg, unknown injuries due to not being able to pay for xrays and other procedures needed. I'm on ssi
