Foundations for Christ is a worldwide mission organization that focuses on improving the physical, emotional, and spiritual lives of the impoverished, the untrained and the incarcerated by loving like Jesus loved with trust, empathy, and thoughtfulness.

Foundations for Christ is saving lives! Well over 80% of the countries in East Africa are rural and a similar number of citizens rely on subsistence farming to survive. Some rankings place Rwanda among the 20 poorest countries in the world. The per capita GDP of Rwanda was just $834 in 2021.

Dirt floors present a HEALTH CRISIS for those living in poverty. Nearly 20,000 children die in Rwanda each year from preventable disease. Foundations for Christ installs concrete flooring as a HEALTHY alternative to reduce the incidents of childhood disease.

Foundations for Christ is saving souls! In Rwanda, a theological seminary is a rare treasure and so are well-trained Bible teachers. Only 5% of Rwandan pastors have received formal theological training and regulations from the Rwandan parliament require pastors to hold at least a bachelor's degree in theology to lead a church.

Economic and government regulations make it nearly impossible for pastors to complete the required schooling. Foundations for Christ takes the training to them in their communities!
