My name is Katie, I am writing you on behalf of Laurence Paine an African American whos been wrongly convicted of a double homicide 13 years ago that he did not commit. No physical evidence at all tying him to the murders among much more information that proves Mr. Paines innocence...Inconsistant testimony from the 911 caller present at the scene left the residence later returning leaving again to call911 reporting a homicide. This man gave no name or description at that time however he would later pick Mr. Paine out of a line up. The same man ten years later would be arrested with the same caliber gun as the gun used at the scene years earlier.
