We constantly have news coverage of law officer shooting innocent people our hearts feel the pain of the families and we are angered for the innocent lives that were lost and rightly so!

We have marches and protests as a society we want Justice for the innocent lives that were taken. My question is this; what about the innocent lives that are taken by being robbed of a fair trial due to politics and bias employees that are very own taxes pay for? Our justice system locks thousands of innocent people away in our prison system forgotten once the trials are over.

This could happen to any of us carrying a CPL and gun should make us feel safe if we fill our lives or family members life is threatened we should be able to protect ourselves and not go to prison unfortunately law-abiding citizens like Jess Bowman are suffering the outcome of the Injustice everyday.

Please help us give him a new fair trial. Jess is a disabled law-abiding, veteran and born again Christian who had a legal permit to carry a firearm for protection as stated in the Michigan laws he had been in physical therapy for years and his girlfriend was also disabled she had, had neck surgery three times in fact if she simply fell down she could possibly die to sustaining injuries.

Imagine, a 6-foot, 240-pound man coming at you and your severely disabled girlfriend like a freight train and physically assaulting you several times! What would you do?

Jess Bowman has currently served six years of his 20 to 40 years sentence for exercising his right to defend his life and his girlfriends. Unfortunately two lives were lost that night in August of 2014 the attackers and Jess's. His sentencing was to be between 12 to 20 years the judge gave him 20 to 40.

Jess's family has retained a law firm who specializes in corruption cases and has overturned many of these cases legal fees are $30,000 of which the family has raised 10,000

Attorney's including prosecutors have a duty to correct false statements and prevent materials proving innocence they failed to do this! The attacker had a major criminal and civil record including prior murder charges he was under the influence the autopsy shows alcohol content level of .115 in Michigan the limit is .08

Even after all Jess has been through he has unwavering faith, his dream upon his release is to help other wrongfully/innocent people fight for their freedom. Jess has been a a dog training program for the past three years, Active in Church services, Preaches and teaches and is the Liaison for his unit. He takes four Bible Study classes through the mail, participants in a class Thinking for a change and spends four days a week in the Law Library where he gathers information for his case.
