Yesterday, my best friend Paul got arrested and it's all my fault. Well not all the way my fault because certain people's actions I have no control over were to blame as well.

So this is what happened, in the most simple format I can put it into:

Him and I were hanging out at his parents house, which has always been fine with everyone as far as j know. There's never been any problems there. Well, the day went on, we were having an amazingly intelligent and brilliant conversation when I started hearing some noises from somewhere else in the house. We got quiet and then heard his dad call out to him calmly, "hey Boo?" He went out to greet his dad only to be confronted by his dad accompanied by his birth mother, who wasn't ever around much. She started accusing her son of having a female present without her and his dad's permission and she was yelling. He came back in the doorway to tell me it's ok just go in the restroom so I wouldn't have to deal with any conflict. I heard the woman yelling at me "you better go girl. You better leave. We're calling the police." And "look what your man is doing. He's holding me down. He's about to beat me up." But I know Paul wouldn't do that to anyone ever. He's a sweetheart and always has been. Anyways, I felt uncomfortable after a while so I just went out the front door to wait on the porch for things to calm down. But shortly after that, two LPD units pulled up and were immediately let inside by the mother lady and were inside for almost an hour then emerged with my best friend in handcuffs and put him in their car. The police officers left and the door was slammed in my face and I was left without an explanation.

I'm not sure why his dad brought that lady to his home and I know she's a drug addict and she is completely irrational about things and I know Paul would NEVER disrespect ANYONE the way she was portraying, so she had said something to the cops to get him in trouble that was a lie because his 2 charges tell me 2 things which I know did not occur. Theft from a person and interference to an emergency call. If he was guilty of that, then he would have just left instead of waiting until cops arrived with no proof on his side.

I'm just really distraught over this. I LOVE HIM AND I NEED HIM HERE WITH ME!! He has a job and other obligations and responsibilities to forfeit if he's to remain incarcerated and that woman who's supposed to be his mother, for God's sake, should understand that and respect the man he's become! But instead she was selfish or on drugs or I'm not really sure why anyone would do that to their kid but please can you all help me come up with the money to bail him out of jail because I dont want his life to fall apart because of someone else's mental health problems??? Put yourself in his place and think about how he must feel after being wrongfully accused and detained!!!

I sincerely hope and pray for all the help he can get and all who bless him will in return be blessed times 10! Amen!!
