On January 3rd, my life was turned upside down when my husband and the father of my children beat me up.
This incident left me with a a broken nose, broken finger and a multitude of bruises. I have reported him to the police and immediately packed my kids and went back to my hometown.
I was able to raise enough money to secure a place for my kids and I for 2 months while I continue to search for work outside of DoorDash and childcare.
Any money raised through here will be used to buy household items and keep us afloat until we get settled into a stable routine.
