My name is Sarah, and I am reaching out for desperate help for my family, including my spouse and our 6 children.
When Hurricane Helene struck, it destroyed our home, rendering it completely unsafe and unlivable. We were living in a FEMA-provided camper, trying to rebuild our lives. However, after funding for the camper ended, FEMA took the camper back, leaving us with nowhere to go. Despite our home being condemned/deemed uninhabitable, we have faced roadblock after roadblock with assistance, and we are now facing homelessness.
With 6 children to care for, we are exhausted, heartbroken, and out of options. We are not looking for a handout, but a hand up to secure a safe, stable, permanent home for our children
