Hi Everyone! If you don't know already my name

is Eugene Major and I am currently a freshman

at Florida State University.

I'm also a recent South Fort Myers High graduate

with a 4.99 GPA in the top 5% of my class.

I am a huge advocate for change and equality

for each and every single person in this world, so

I decided to major in Sociology. To me sociology

would give a better perspective and dive into

learning about and understanding people of

different cultures and backgrounds to be able to

relate more to them.

As many of you may know college is indeed

quite expensive and I have been blessed to be

able to receive lots of support and scholarships

to make this happen. The only trouble now is

starting up.

I'm trying to raise $1,000 for initial college

expenses to get things rolling. $500 will go

towards the EarnToLearn Program that awards

students $4,000 in scholarship money if they

can raise $500. $275 also goes to a Room &

Board Deposit through the SSF program which

provides affordable housing for selected college

students. The other $225 will go towards

purchasing a new laptop to use for school.

Any additional funds will go towards books and supplies as well.

appreciated and if you can not that's okay too! A

simple share of this campaign is also gladly

appreciated as well.
