Please help me raise funds for my dog Coco. Hes a 7 yr old lovable sweet charming doxie mix who i have had since my dog gave birth to him. Just a few days ago i noticed that there was something terribly wrong with him. He had a distended abdomen and he was in a lot pain. He was panting excessively and obviously uncomfortable to a point where he could not even sit still so I rushed him to the pet er on monday night and they took xrays and did some bloodwork but could not pinpoint what was causing the distended abdomen and pain. The xrays did show that his left hip was in bad shape so he was given a pain injection, fluids for dehydration some pain meds so he could squat and go potty (constipation was a possible cause for the distended abdomen since he wasnt able to sqaut due to  bad hip)and was sent home after paying $613 for that trip. Well the next day nothing had improved and again the next night he was in major pain again, probably because the pain injection wore out. so I took him to the er yet again and spent another $300 but still unsure what was causing the distended abdomen the vet suggested an enema to extract the poop. Unfortuneatly it didnt help and Coco was still in pain and bloated . So now the doctor thinks it could be cushing disease/syndrome or something more severe so  recommends taking him to a specialist to do an ultrasound and test for cushings disease. The cost to take him to the specialist and diagnose him for cushings disease and/or further testing to figure out whats going on is more than i can manage. He and his brother and 2 sisters are all I have in this world. I dont have kids of my own so my 5 dogs fill that void. My whole world is crashing down on me right now watching him in so much pain and not being able to pay for the care he desperately needs. So this is my desperate attempt to get him the help he needs. It is now Wednesday night and his starting to pant again. He looks like hes in a lot of pain. The specialist I was referred to for the ultrasound is open 24 hours so as soon as I am able to raise the money , I will be able to take him in immediately. Please help Coco.
