Funeral
Urgent: Help Felix Scott Get to Alabama to Lay My Daughter’s Mother to Rest
Hi everyone,
I am reaching out to you today during one of the hardest moments of my life. As some of you may already know, my daughter’s mother has passed away. Her funeral is scheduled for this Friday, July 3rd, and I desperately need to be there in Alabama to lay her to rest and support my daughter.
Right now, I am facing a massive financial hurdle that is keeping me from getting on the road. I just started a fantastic new job, which is a blessing, but because of the standard payroll cycle, I won’t receive my first paycheck for another two weeks. This timing has left me stranded in a critical gap with zero transition funds.
Because I don't have a traditional safety net of friends or family who are in a position to lend me this kind of cash right now, I am putting my pride aside and turning to this platform for help.
Where the funds will go: I am trying to raise money to cover the immediate, bare-minimum expenses required to make this trip happen. Every single dollar donated will go directly to:
- Car Insurance ($367.47): My insurance is due, and I cannot legally or safely drive the distance without getting this squared away.
- Gas: To get me from Atlanta to Alabama and safely back home.
- Lodging: A modest hotel room so I have a safe place to stay while I am there for the services.
Because the funeral is this Friday, this situation is incredibly urgent. If you are able to contribute anything at all—no matter how small—it will directly help me get on the road to be there for my family when it matters most. If you aren't able to donate, please consider sharing this link with others.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read this, for your prayers, and for any support you can provide.
With gratitude,
Felix Scott, Cash app $Flex1
