I'm reaching out because my family needs help laying my dad to rest.

He passed away about a month and a half ago, and because of financial hardship, we still haven't been able to afford his funeral and burial. We've now been told we don't have much more time to make arrangements, and we're doing everything we can to give him the dignified farewell he deserves.

My dad wasn't a perfect man. He was easygoing, sometimes confusing, and life wasn't always simple with him. But he had a good heart, and especially toward the end of his life, he truly meant well. He was trying to be better, and that's the version of him I want people to remember.

No one should have to wait this long for a proper burial, and it hurts knowing we haven't been able to give him that peace yet.
