Funeral Expenses for Arty
Sotero Artemos Donias everyone calls him "Arty" or "Art" was only 48 years old. Arty was a son, brother, father, uncle brother in law, cousin. He was the guy who would if you needed would help you out without thinking twice. His heart was made of gold and everyone that knew Art loved him. He had an awesome personality!
On 11-30-2023 Arty was suffering from a severe headache. He was in pain for some time and thought that with some Aspirin and sleep it would stop aching. Unfortunately that would not happen. He would be rushed to the emergency room and would suffer from a Brain Aneurysm. He was taken into the Neuro ICU and would need 2 shunts be put on a respirator and was in a coma. We were told he was not in good shape and there was not much they could do for him. We held on hoping for something, anything. It did not look good. Nothing can prepare anyone for this. We were devastated and held on not knowing what was next. Arty continued to stay in ICU for 11 days. On the 11th day the radiologist did a final test to see if Art had any brain activity. They pronounced him deceased at 1:48pm. Although still on the respirator and vitals were stable. Art had Severe Brain Stem Damage and it was really bad. One of the worst the doctors have ever seen. I Thank all the doctors and nurses that helped save my brother. They were amazing and comforting. And did all they could. Art will be missed more than he could ever imagine! But NEVER forgotten!! <3
I am so sorry for anyone who has to experience something like this. This is something that is just so sudden, our family is asking anyone for help with funeral expenses to give Art a celebration of life until we see him again. Any donations would be more than appreciated!
Thank you in advance! And Thank You From the bottom of our Family's heart!!
