Hello my name is Paul Swatts Jr, Eldest brother of the late Otica D. Williams and son of the late Zannie Mann. My sister Otica Williams was one of the ones murdered in the recent Homiced. She was a beautiful and happy person and all I had left of my mother Zanbie Mann. If I could bring her back I would but I can't but what I can do is make sure she has a decent burial. Her 3 daughters 1 son and 2 nephews were her pride and joy and of course myself we are all doing what needs to be done to get justice for my baby sister and we hope all of the other victims families do the same.
