Since the pandemic most people had to start working from home and because of that dogs in the home have increased significantly, sadly though the amount of dogs in shelters hasn't decreased by much. Many people are still shopping instead of adopting. Well my husband and I would like to help shelters increase the amount of dogs they adopt out. We want to partner up with the local shelters around us and teach each dog basic obedience starting with the dogs in most need. We would do that by housing the dogs on our 8+ acres for two weeks in which time we would teach them all their basic obedience as well as recall and heel. We are asking for assistance with funding to help us in building a comfortable living area for them to stay in while they are here for training. My husband and I have what it takes to train any and all dogs that the shelters have to offer as both my husband and I served in the Army training Military Working Dogs and have a vast knowledge in the field. We truly want to thank each and everyone in advance who donates to our cause and to the future families who are able to adopt a dog with the training they deserve.
