My name is Brett, and I'm a Type 1 diabetic. A few days ago I returned from the gas station down the road with very low blood sugar (severe hypoglycemia). In that confused state, I accidentally backed into my single garage door and the attached structure, causing major damage to the garage door, the rail system, and the building's structural frame.

The garage is now unusable, and the repairs are going to be expensive. I wouldn't be reaching out for help if my mom and I weren't already struggling so much to find steady jobs.
