Hi friends, first of all thank you so much for your ongoing support in helping me get to where I am today. I'm so grateful for the love I've received from so many directions. Support has come to me since I started this gender journey 2.5 years ago in the form of clothes, loves and affirmations, beauty advice, employment guidance and so much more.

I'm scheduled to have gender affirming surgery in October that will dramatically increase my ability to blend in, feel more safe and secure and confident in my skin. Unforeseen changes in insurance have blown up costs suddenly and made this surgery considerably more daunting financially than I've been saving and preparing for. Any financial help you can offer to help me get this medically necessary transformation- to help me show up less vulnerable and easily targeted out in the world, and more confident in my skin as the woman I was born to be - would mean so much more than I can explain.

This year has been really weird and scary for everyone for so many reasons, and it's hard to put an ask out there when so many folks are already struggling. As the economy becomes more unstable, job security slips away, and the medical industry is under constant attack from this new viral threat, I've been scrambling to try and secure my gender affirming surgeries before the small window of opportunity I've found is closed due to current employment insecurity.

Lastly, I apologize I've disappeared in many respects from social media but concerns for my safety over the past year have made me re-evaluate how I show up in the world and how much I want the world to know about me or especially my body. A fresh, clean start is something that may not be necessary or desirable for all transgender folks, but can be super important in the safety, confidence, and security of many of us.
