Diego truly is one of a kind! He is so amazing. Sweet, kind, loving, giving....I could go on and on, if you know him, you know exactly what I mean!

He is ALWAYS trying to help others-at school with the Broncos Teams (he was featured on the news for this! ( https://www.woodtv.com/news/ottawa-county/cross-county-collaboration-leads-to-new-initiative-at-coopersville-high-school/ ) or apart of the H.O.P.E squad or any of the outrach programs he is apart of. Or you can find him spending his summer breaks in other states and countries doing mission work. He is always trying to help everyone around him, friends, schoolmates, teammates and especially his family! He is a hard worker and juggles 2 jobs while an honor student (and the best son in the world!)

After helping others his whole life, for the first time he is the one that needs help.

While driving to work on Highway 96 after school on Thursday, his car suddenly went up in flames! I am thanking God for his protection over Diego in those terrifying moments. With his quick action, he made it out safe and unharmed. However, I can not say the same about all his belongings. He not only lost his car but everything inside which included all his graduation gear )cap/gown/cords etc), laptop, shoes, pictures, various sentimental items.
