In 2015, I left my son's father because I got tired of the beatings.. my son and I came back to our hometown and things were working out for both my child and i.. About 6 months later, my son's father showed up where we lived and personally asked me if he could please visit with our son sometimes.. Of course, me not wanting to disappoint my child who loves his daddy, I said yes.. He visited with him quite often.. As time went on, the visits became longer and more frequent.. To the point of my son spending his entire Christmas break at his dad's house.. The day before school started back up, my son came home to me... He went to school everyday like normal, and I picked him up with no problem.. Things were back to normal.. a few Fridays later, after he got home from school, his dad picked him up from me, because at that time it became a routine that he went to his dad's for the weekend.. that following sunday, the day he's supposed to come home to me because Monday is school, he didnt come home to me.. his dad wasn't answering his phone.. No one was at his house, and I couldn't find them anywhere.. until I got a phone call from him telling me that he wasn't bringing my son back to me.. I called the police, I went to the police station.. And apparently, while my son was with his dad for three weeks, his dad went and filed for full custody, and sent the papers I was supposed to be served with to an address that I have no affiliation with.. so, when he went to court for custody, I didnt show up because I didnt know about it.. therefore, he got custody of my child.. ive been fighting it ever since.. After all these years, I finally have the opportunity to do something for my son and have back at least a little of what was taken from the both of us.. and now, I have a job offer, and with this job, I will be able to provide what I need to provide, and do whatever my son needs me to do to have a good life.. this is a very promising job offer.. the only obstacle is, is that im required to have a vehicle because it is a driving job.. And its literally the only job ive been even a little close to getting.. I really dont want to pass this up and have nothing for my kid.. so im asking you.. please, from the kindness of your heart, if you could help me raise the money I need to make this happen, it will be greatly appreciated and ill forever be in your debt.. those of you who may not be able to lend a hand.
