This account has been started in hopes we can help take some of the burden off Vee financially and help to get back on her feet to start rebuilding her life.

Vee's story “I moved back to the states to help my ill mother and grandmother. Helping with funeral cost and hospital bills resulted in me losing my job and ultimately being homeless. Despite these challenges, I was able to make it on freelance work and my savings. I am an independent person and hard-working artist. I have wiped my savings and I no longer have enough money to hold me over. It pains me to ask for help. But today, I have to set my ego aside because I need support.

My quality of life and mental health has diminished throughout the transition. Quietly carrying this has been a LOT on my spirit. Without the emotional support of my community right now, I probably wouldn't be sharing this. Thank you for reading, prayers, sharing, donating, for your grace and encouragement!

I'm looking to raise 8k for her which would cover 1st month's rent + security deposit, 2 months food, moving and living expense and help her get back on her feet.
