I'm asking for help for a personal emergency.

My situation is similar to many people, job loss due to medical issues (in my case, back problems). I thought I could endure long enough to 'get over the hump' of recovery and get back to normal, but I underestimated the problems.

I've donated to several of these sites and I never thought I'd wind up on the other side, but here I am. I'm pretty humiliated to be asking, but I'm nearing the end of my rope.

I've tried finding work within the medical restrictions placed on me. I got arrogant and took a physical job for 2 days to make some cash and ended up sending myself backward in recovery. 

Savings gone, credit cards are nearly vapor, denied for SNAP for some reason. And recently the house I co-rent went up for sale, so there's a 30-day notice that might appear at any time. Just about over.

The medical bills are beyond ridiculousness and I would never presume to ask anyone to take on that mountain. But even small donations to just help me to the other side would be appreciated.

I wouldn't wish this adversity on anybody, nobody deserves this. It will get better, I know that, but some days feel like the worst day on earth. Employers, insurance companies, government agencies will lie to you. When you're down, everyone will take turns kicking you. It's fu*king exhausting always feeling like the universe is trying to end you. Some days, I'm resigned to my fate and vaguely start planning my exit.  

It would just be nice to feel like someone is on my side again...
