Almost a year ago, I signed a custody agreement with my parents that was explained to me that we all had joint custody and nobody had any higher power over the other in the agreement. I have been told multiple times that I cannot go pick up my child and have him spend the weekend, my child is not allowed to be around my SO because drugs tests and back ground checks need to be done. Which I have been more than willing to comply with, and have been ignored and shut down on multiple occasions of asking for these things to be done so I can see my child. After taking my custody order to a lawyer who reviewed it and said that my custody agreement gives my parents full custody of my child and there's nothing I can do about it except go back to court to get my rights back. This is going to be a struggle because I know she's going to come fighting tooth and nail and it's going to be a long shot to get my child back full time. If I had been explained this agreement from the start I would have never signed this agreement. My lawyer fees are going to break me and I'm needing help with getting my child back.
