Family & Friends,

As you are likely aware, Becky has been battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia for almost a year now.  She is working on getting into remission so she can have the bone marrow transplant needed to save her life. This road has been fraught with challenges and we still have a long way to go, but we are on the right road.

In the time since her diagnosis, she has attempted to maintain her employment in order to help maintain their family household income and keep the insurance benefits for her family provided by her employer. While her employer has attempted in several ways to help delay this, effective in September she will go to an unpaid status and her benefits will change dramatically.

Her income will be significantly reduced and she & Ken & Hannah will also need to acquire other insurance coverage which will be quite costly. All of this to say, our family could use a helping hand. 

My mom is one extraordinarily strong & proud woman, and she would never ask, so I'm asking for her.

If there is any amount you may be able to contribute to a fund to help keep up with new insurance premiums, treatment costs, household expenses, etc it would be so sincerely appreciated.

If you know any person, business, or organization who would be willing or able to contribute, please feel free to share this information. 

I hope to be able to provide a buffer so my mom and our family can focus on getting her well enough to receive her bone marrow transplant.  I am eternally grateful for the generosity of our family and friends.
