I need to find a way to get through what has happened to me and my husband. We are in our 80’s, been married 18 years before our life was turned upside down and destroyed. He was hurt at home while getting ready to do yard work. He fell and hit his head causing brain damage. He had to go through brain surgery. Three months later he finally was able to come home. I was caring for him after his 3 month hospital stay, still going to therapy and many hospital, and outpatient visits.

He was doing well till his narcissistic daughter got involved hiring attorneys and a public guardian, they placed him in a nursing home. My husband never wanted to be placed anywhere but back home with his wife. The lies told by his daughter, and the public Guardian were horrific. I helped my husband while he was home, almost 2 years, making progress and putting weight back on. He needed to be in a wheelchair, but we still had hope of him walking one day. Narcissist are evil people, they will say anything to get there way. They care only about themselves. It hurts so much knowing that I am not able to see my husband and that he won't have me by his side, protecting him

We never wanted to be apart, but because of the Public Guardian & daughter, they not only took my husband away from me, they also took all our retirement money, they divorced us against our wishes, I was told to sell our home OR go to jail. The daughter and Public Guardian told lies to the courts, the judges believing them also divorced us, and would not let me see my husband. This was done by threatening me with jail time if I didn’t do as they said. My husband can’t speak words since he had surgery (he has Aphasia), he is also paralyzed. His daughter and the Public Guardian stopped his therapy and it has now been over three years since I’ve seen my husband and they are still taking me to court. I will always call him my husband since neither of us EVER asked for a divorce. I never hurt, abused or neglected my husband in any way. He was making great progress in his recovery.

I was supposed to have maintenance, but once again they are finding ways to keep me in court, claiming I was in contempt of court, and the judges believe every word they say. So now the judges have been taking away my maintenance and all I have is my Social Security to live on. Since I no longer have funding I need to find away to ask for help to fight back. I’ve been in court by myself, but the judge won’t listen to me, the probate Judge even screamed at me while I was showing him proof of what I was saying was true. He didn't care. That same judge (a year before) took away my maintenance for 6 months.

NOW my husbands daughter took me back to court, lied again and this judge, without any proof, took away the rest of my maintenance. Please help me to get a sponsor, who can go to court with me, fighting to get back my maintenance so that I can take care of myself. I pray that one day I can see my husband again.

Who knows, with your help, maybe I can even find a way to get my husband back home where he needs to be before he passes away.
