My grandfather passed away Sunday and due to having already been paying on my grandmother's funeral, my family doesn't have the funds for my grandfather's. He had no life insurance and nothing to help toward the funeral, so it has fallen on my mother and father to try and pay for it. The money we are asking for will go to the $12,000 up front needed to cover his funeral and his funeral plot beside my grandmother. Anything helps, but I believe my grandfather deserves a funeral after making it from 1949 to 2026 through things like being buried alive twice and nearly losing his eye at a young age.
