Greg's Cancer Battle
Greg is a Veteran of the US Army. He served from June of 1981 to June of 1984. He served as a driver for different VIPs, which included President Reagan. He served proudly during that time, and still continue to stand for his country.
Just before the 2023 Holiday Season, Greg was diagnosed with rectal cancer. This made the Holiday Season a bit tough to go through. He started to do chemo infusions at that time, and has had to deal with different neuropathies such as tingling in his hands and feet, to which he is not able to hold on to items that are cold, weakness, nausea, trying to find the right foods to eat, and only being able to drink liquids that are room temp or warmer. He is hoping to be done with the infusions, Greg has a catscan scheduled to see if the mass has shrunk enough for surgery to remove the tumor. Depending on the type of surgery, it will be a lengthy time for recovery.
This will create a hardship as he will be off of work ( he currently is manager of Hot Stuff Kitchen ) and will not have an income coming in after short term disability runs out which in turn will cause a financial burden. We are very appreciative of any help and extra prayers.
