My dad was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia in May 2017. This truck, that I affectionately refer to as "Grunt" was given to me by him in June 2018 after my car was totaled in an automobile accident. The doctor had taken my dads keys away from him, and Grunt was just sitting in the yard as a giant lawn ornament, so he gave Grunt to me.

Grunt is a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, and is in need of a lot of work. A couple years ago, a support bracket under the truck broke due to rust, and caused the leaf spring to punch through the tail bed. That is just one of the many things that Grunt needs fixed, others include some electrical issues, brakes, and engine issues, and unfortunately is more than I can afford at this time.

I want to keep Grunt, for sentimental reasons... my dad passed away in January of 2021. Being that Grunt is the last thing he gave me, I want to keep him, fix him, and modify him to be my travel vehicle. I am hoping you can help me achieve this dream.
