Handicap access for Josh

My aunt, Beth Hickel Zonner, was one amazing, strong, independent woman. She, sadly, has lost her fight with stage 3 lung cancer on February 25, 2024. She was supposed to have her last treatment and ring the bell the next day but God had other plans. The family has been met with many challenges since her passing and will continue to be met with many more. As many of you know, my aunt has devoted her life to caring for her son, Josh. Josh has cerebral palsy and needs constant care. This is a huge learning curve for his family. The home they have shared is, unfortunately, unfit for him to stay and live in. The two of them were inseparable. He relied on her for everything.

Here comes the challenge...

His father, Keith, and sister, Sarah, will be looking for any and all resources to help get a very involved aid to help with his care. Also, Keith's home isn't big enough or handicap accessible. They are wanting to get an addition added to his home that is handicap accessible to give them the ability to care for him and help to improve his quality of life. They are also going to need a safe, mechanically sound, vehicle with a wheelchair lift. Josh has been asking many questions about what is going to happen to him now and is very scared. He shouldn't be worrying about these things and we have been reassuring him constantly. He needs to just be able to grieve the loss of his mother. We have been working together, as a family, through this time caring for him. His father, Keith, and his sister, Sarah, only want the best for Josh and have been there for him every step of the way through this difficult time. They all deserve to make this is as easy on them as possible as they all have a long road ahead of them. Please consider donating or sharing to get them the help they so desperately need to make it through this. We all just want Josh, Sarah and Keith to not worry as they adjust to this new chapter in their lives.Thank you in advance from the bottom of all of our hearts 💕
