I have MS and spinal stenosis and I’m disabled, and need a power wheel chair so that I can get around and not live in constant fear of falling and hurting myself, which have cause me great bodily harm, also in need of help to stay mobile by having car converted to hand controls because my legs don’t work well anymore, which is quite expensive. Please help

me in reaching my goal so that I can not be home bond but be able to go out and be in society be able to go to doctors appointments and physical therapy which is very important for me to live the best life.
