This is Hank, my sisters Saint Bernard. He's almost 2 years old ❤️ 

She got up Saturday February 13th and his left hind leg was just hanging. Her and her husband then rushed him to the emergency veterinary hospital in Ann Arbor. After a few hours of waiting and some X-rays later, they told them Hank has SEVERE hip dysplasia. Meaning he has no socket for his femur to sit in. They could not do anything for him but give him anti-inflammatory meds and advised them he needs to see an Orthopedic Surgeon to have a hip replacement, not only on his left but he also would need his right hip done as well because it's just as bad. Looking into it, it could cost up to $7,000 just to have one side done. 

They are really torn on what to do because it is such a costly procedure and don't want to say good bye to their fur baby! We have looked into PET INSURANCE, but unfortunately they will NOT cover pre existing conditions. 💕 

Please if anyone can give anything, we would really appreciate the help❤️ I would hate to have my sister, brother in-law and 11 month old nephew have to say goodbye to their big fur baby!!
