If you are reading this… you are either family, a friend, or a perfect stranger. First, we want to thank you. We appreciate you taking the time out to find out about our cause. This fundraiser is to help our son continue his education at the school of his choice, Lagrange College. He was an honor student and athlete all throughout his primary schooling and has maintained that during his first semester of college. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been reduced to a single income. Also, recently that one income has now been reduced due to an accident and injuries while working as an essential worker. Being the parents that we are, it would break our hearts if this talented young man had to leave behind his dream of being the first Tutson male to finishing college while playing football because of his parents compromised immune system and injuries. This has been such a humbling situation. I have been using every “God-given” talent I have to raise funds, but It is just not enough to pay all incoming bills and pay the difference of our son's college tuition. He has worked extremely hard to secure multiple scholarships, grants, and loans; however, it was not enough to cover his housing and meals. We are asking that you please consider contribute to this cause and help this young African American male stay in college during his first year, without carrying the load of feeling this is too much of a burden on his family. He is a great young man and he has been doing everything right; He deserves a real chance! No contribution is too small, thanks in advance for your support!
