I am reaching out for help in a very personal chapter of my life. I have survived three mild heart attacks and continue to fight for my health. Sadly, my dental health has declined so severely that it makes eating painful and affects my confidence in speaking or finding work.

I don’t have dental insurance, and my health insurance has yet to recognize my teeth as a direct risk to my heart condition, leaving me to cover these critical costs on my own. Proper dental care will not only improve my health but also give me the chance to return to work, provide for myself, and smile again with confidence.
