We’re aiming to raise $5,000 to invest in a commercial NSF-certified juicer. This equipment is essential for scaling our production — allowing us to produce 60 bottles per hour compared to the 20 bottles we can currently manage. This upgrade will help us enter an incubator kitchen program, which is a crucial stepping stone to launching at farmers markets, pop-up events, and eventually retail.
