Help A Struggling Family
Please help us get over this one last hurdle standing in the way of getting our baby Girl back home where she belongs. I'm a recovering addict I will be 4yrs sober 4/6/2026, my addiction cost me my rights to my Oldest daughter (1yr old) 07/2023 she was they were terminated. I will live with the regret and guilt for the rest of my life. I've remained sober I went through rehab, I still see my therapist regularly I've been working hard at putting my life back together but it seems like everytime I take a step forward I get knocked 5 steps back. My fiance and I recently moved in with my mom after her and my dad separated she's in her 70s and doesn't want to live alone. We help pay bills, cook, also the house needs some tlc there hasn't been much maintenance or anything in 10yrs. I found out I was pregnant 09/2024, I felt like God gave me another chance to be a mom and I made a promise to myself, God and my baby I wasn't going to fail this time and I strive everyday to keep that promise. Our baby girl was born 06/24/25I drive for Instacart I started 03/2025 I made between $400-$500 weekly I made sure I stayed stocked up on everything Callie needed she never went without, until November/2025 I had my car accident my car was totaled I haven't been able to get another vehicle just yet it's been a struggle since and everything going wrong at once. The house needing remodeling, the attic floor almost caving in, I was trying to keep up with all the utilities plus everything else, water pipes busting which caused the bill to skyrocket and getting shut off when I couldn't keep up. 01/2026 CPS came because of my prior termination they said they had to remove Callie until I prove to the court that I've changed for the better. I feel like everything is coming down on me at once but I'm not giving up I'm sober, I'm keeping my head up, trying to get the house fixed up and also working at finding employment since I can't do orders right now. The water has been off almost a yr the pipes busting plus what I already was behind on made the bill $1350.00 I haven't been able to pay it due to keeping up with the electric, food, washing clothes at the Laundromat, I bought gallons of baby water constantly from the store to make her bottles and I heated water on the stove to give Callie baths i have plenty of soap, shampoo and wash cloths I made sure Callie was clean, her room was kept clean but it definitely has been harder having to use jugs of water to clean but I have made it work the best I can. I'm so embarrassed having to tell all this but I've reached the point I'm desperate to get the water back on that's the last major hurdle in the way of Callie coming home. I need help raising the money to get the water on. We have a hearing 4/22 and if we have the water back and the house cleaned up again then they will allow Callie to come home I miss her so much my heart hurts but I'm determined to get everything done so she is back in my arms. I would be so grateful if anyone can help me raise the money to get the water back on it would be the greatest blessing. I'm looking for employment daily I hope to have something soon but I wouldn't be able to make enough before the hearing to get the water on and everything cleaned up. I'm on my knees praying for help I can even help pay back anyone who is able to donate and help me raise the money.
