Help a Veteran Nurse

I have been an RN my entire adult life and worked mostly in ICU, including both waves of COVID, for 42 years. I had about 5 years left to retire, with plans for saving most of my income, as I'd spent quite a lot helping family just before that.

3 years ago, a lying patient reported me for unprofessional actions, and I was blackballed pretty much in all of New York State. About a month later, I had a standard old-guy fall in the bathtub. I wound up with a soft-tissue injury at the base of my spine with chronic back pain and weakness/numbness in my legs. I assure you readers this is not contrived. I would much rather have gotten a real job and moved on. Now, I have constant back pain and don't know from one day to the next how much I can walk or how long I can stay on my feet.

My goal amount isn't meant to be pretentious. I need a new old truck, as mine is promising major heartache soon, and to pay off a couple of debts. The remaining would supplement my Disability for several years, if not the rest of my life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
