Help Afghan 'Terp & fam
Afghan Interpreter “Tango” and his family are currently awaiting evacuation to the US or friendly third country through an official visa program sponsored by the DoD and DoS. “Tango” was my interpreter in 2010 in Nimroz, and Helmand Province Afghanistan. That particular year, and that particular location saw some of the heaviest fighting of the conflict. He, on numerous occasions displayed valor, taking persistent action to ensure that the US Marines and Soldiers he was working with always had the tactical advantage- This resulting in our boys getting to come home safe to their families.
The Taliban are actively trying to find former interpreters, and those who supported International Security Assistance Force (ISAF). He thus has to keep a low profile. This makes working tough, and extra money goes a long way to providing the essentials for him and his family.
The ask: Donate if you've got a dollars to spare. 100% of the money goes to Tango, less any fees imposed to get him the money.
