I know times are tough right now for everyone, trust me, as a family with 5 kids, we get it.

But things for us just got a little tougher.

On the morning of October 20, we were woken up by people honking their horns continously.(and i cannot thank these people enough for it. Honestly.) Frank got out of bed and realized our car was on fire.

It was a full loss, as the pictures will show. We did not have full coverage on it, so insurance will not cover anything.

Luckily, everyone is safe, as it was warming up to defrost before my daughter took it to work.

We only lost minimal things that were inside the vehicle.

As a 100% disabled veteran, this is the car that Frank used to get to his doctors appointments in Pittsburgh, which he has almost weekly, because it got good gas mileage.

With this fire, it has put us down to 2 cars for 3 drivers in our house. My daughter's truck is in the process of getting fixed, and once it starts snowing, I am unable to drive my car,as it does not handle in snow well at all.

We're not asking for a brand new Porsche or anything. We just need something easy on gas, more then a 2 seater, and in somewhat decent shape.

With Frank being a mechanic before his disability, we are not afraid of something needing a little work, but cannot put out a ton of money for things.
