After finally feeling good following a 2 week battle with COVID, another nightmare was just beginning. On May 25th, while enjoying a typical ride on a UTV, a freak accident happened and the UTV rolled, pinning my boyfriend Devlin (riding as passenger), under the machine. This resulted in multiple broken bones and severe lacerations.

The injury to the foot is extensive (Lisfranc fracture) and he has a long road ahead to fully recover. He has already had 2 surgeries and there will be at least 2 more, including a skin graph, but the deep wound has to heal first.

As you can imagine, his bills are already accumulating.

Devlin has medical insurance but is basically on house arrest, not able to work or enjoy his favorite activities such as hiking, dirt bike riding and cruising on his Harley.

Most importantly, not being able to work and have an income is adding to his stress.

We're praying for a full recovery but his foot will never be the same.
