My name is Anna, I have been through a lot in my life and I never ask for help I’m use to taking care of myself since I was a kid. I’m a spiritual, kind, loving, and treat others kindly even if it’s not reciprocated. I always say happiness is a choice, that mentality is what got me this far. I was hit by a car couple months ago riding electric scooter, it was hit and run, I was unable to work for over month due to some minor injuries and severe concussion that lasted about a month, with severe nausea, dizziness, unable to concentrate, difficulty speaking and so on…as I got back to work my employer already hired more people and I got basically no hours, on top of that my employer handled my situation unprofessionally and was unkind, stating as my employer she can do whatever, I had to quit, especially because it wasn’t the first time that happened and I been working there as a server for 4 years and working few hours wasn’t even going to cover any of my bills, not to mention rent or food and expenses. I have received medical bills and my first bill was around $18,000, my apartment management were kind enough to pause my Aprils rent in promise that I will pay off quick, and my rent for May is almost due again, I’m hoping I can get a couple jobs soon, as I also need a car. I’m looking for jobs but nothing came up yet, I had 2 interviews that went well waiting for promised call back and nothing yet. I tried to apply for temporary benefits haven’t even got the papers in mail yet, I tryed to get help over phone, it’s been impossible.
