My name is Will Hart. I am a 73-year old, published author and freelance journalist. Over the past few years I have struggled with health issues. First, I am a diabetic for 25 years now. A couple of years ago I contacted a bacterial infection that did not respond to antibiotic treatment. The upshot, I found out that I was antiobiotic resistant.

Well, my life has not been the same since. But I did manage to finish a book with the help of supporters. That title is "ATLANTIS RISEN: Finding the Lost Tribes'. Now I want to follow up and finish the second in the series ATLANTI RISEN: The Survivors in the Ancient Americas.

Those of you who are members of my Facebook group Atlantis Risen are already familiar with my first volume in the series. ....x That book is available through that page and my website.....x. This is not a 'blue sky' project written by an inexperienced person with an idea. On the contrary, this project has been created by a tested, proven author that has successful two successful book titles on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Why am I self publishing instead of going through my publisher, Inner Traditions? People do not realize how much time it takes to get a book written, submitted to the acquistions editor and then through the content editor, marketing & sales, and finally onto the printers cue. It akes several years!

At this stage of life time is the most precious thing I have. If I want to get it done, and I do, it must be finished and available within months not years!

In fact, I have the book in outline form and several of the opening chapters in the first draft format. Now, I need help to finance the period of focused work that will allow me to finish the book as undistracted as possible. Distraction is the main enemy that writers must deal with. I prefer a lock down period during which I do nothing but write, sleep and eat, seriously!
