So, here’s the deal: my amazing sister Aymie has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Yeah, cancer sucks, but true to form, she’s facing it with humor, heart, and a healthy dose of sarcasm.

As part of the battle plan and urgent recommendations, Aymie is gearing up for a double mastectomy (go big or go home). As you can imagine, the medical bills, time off work, post-surgery care, and follow-up treatments come with overwhelming costs.

The truth is, money is rarely available when you need it most and without help, she won't be able to afford the procedure she desperately needs. Aymie is only 45 years old. She is a mother, a wife, the coolest sister, a great friend and an overall badass. She's crafty, witty, funny, brilliant, always honest and encouraging; she knows the name of every plant and loves animals so much that it's rare to visit her home without being greeted by a small zoo of fosters.
