My kids where ripped out of my home by the state of Kansas over hear say without any probable cause or reason over 10 months ago my first court hearing I had was at the end of September 2020 when the judge set my kids up for reintegration into my home by judge Collins as long as I was cooperative with the state and passed my uas. First they asked me to do sphyciatric and a drug evaluation with 4 County costing me 150 before I could see my kids and I did then they told me that I couldn't see them yet bc their therapist advised against it at that time so they told me to continue to do my uas so I did and passed every single ua I've taken and still haven't seen my kids then I found out my ex husband who had beaten my son when he was two years old had already gotten a visit with my kids before I've even been given the chance. About 6 months into the investigation I receive a letter from the state stating that the case was unsubstantiated meaning they didn't have anything to prove the aligations against me where ever correct and yet I still get told my kids can't come home. So after 9 months still no visitation but they've allowed me to write to my kids so I wrote them both a letter it took tfi almost 2 weeks to get them my letter that took me one day to Wright and give to them to get to my kids after being told I could write my kids. Still no visitation no phone call no letter here it is 10 months down the road and my mom has to go to the er and we find out she has congenitive heart failure and may not be around much longer 💔 so I call the state and inform them begging for my kids to be able to come see my mom incase she doesn't make it much longer they said their hands are tied and to call my attorney so I did and he won't return my calls so I messaged my children's aunt who they are living with to inform her about all of this and to ask her to please bring my babies to see their grandmother before they don't have the opportunity anymore I was blocked. My mother is severely sick she can't even walk very far without gasping for air and shaking near calapsing to her knees and the only thing she has asked for is to see both her grandkids again before she passes away my heart is so broken up about all of this and I'm at a loss bc I cannot afford an attorney and the state has denied me my kids for so long now getting an attorney and to fight the state is my only hope at getting my kids home before my mom passes away . Tomorrow for mothers day while everyother mother is enjoying their time with their kids I'll be here without my children knowing praying for a miracle to bring them home.
